Gravity. It's a universal constant. [Please let's not debate the theory. Okay, it's at least 99.999999999999999999999999%, or so; constant and universal, that is. But, for practical everyday purposes, let's make it 100%.]
It has its way with all physical structures. The "Way of Gravity": You know, how designers and builders must make it "Plumb and Square" at the core, no matter how trendily askew and twisted it is on the surface. The human body too. It is not exempt from the dictates of Gravity. That force is so constant and ever-present in our lives, we are inured to it. But, it's an ineluctable fact. No getting around it.
It behooves us to consider how our bodies in their architectural arrangement line up with the Way of Gravity. And, what is that anyway?
The normal Anatomical design of the human body is balanced, everything stacked up vertically, one brick on top of the other; symmetrical, and level. It's basic Physics. Hard science.
Yet ... The average individual lives with a random mix of imbalances rooted in the very flesh. How come? Mostly growing up with an accumulation of the unresolved effects of accidents and traumas and bad habits. Add in inadequate training, and modeling after significant others who may not themselves be exemplars of true bodily balance.
Imbalanced bodies are so common and widespread they go unnoticed as such.
That's the pitch. If it speaks to you, look into it. There's more information on this website. You can also contact me if you have questions or need some pointers.
